All of our free and commercial skins contain a copyright notice stating that it is a CubeCartSkins design.  This is done so that we may continue to keep our prices well below the competition.  If you have purchased one of our designs but did not select the "Remove Copyright" option you may purchase this at a later date.

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates, skins and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company. Please be aware that all non custom templates and skins will retain our copyright at the footer of every page and must remain clearly visible at all times. This can only be removed by purchasing Copyright Removal Fee which is currently £29.99 and does not include the initial cost of the template or skin.

If you have not purchased a valid 'copyright notice removal license' for our skins, the copyright notice at the footer of the skin must remain intact, unedited and clearly visible. If you attempt to edit, remove or hide the copyright notice in any way, the skin may become disabled. We will contact the hosts of any users violating these terms, requesting your website be taken down immediately under the DCMA act. Furthermore, removing our copyright notice will forfeit your rights to any support or upgrades and we may advise other CubeCart developers to decline you service. Copyright infringement is illegal - be advised!

Please note that CubeCartSkins is neither connected to or affilliated with Devillion the makes of CubeCart. This service is to remove our design copyrights, not the CubeCart copyright. To remove the notice "Powered by Devillion Ltd), you will need to purchase a license directly from them!

• CubeCart URL:
  When purchasing a modification or design from us you are actually purchasing a license to use that product. Your CubeCart URL is required so that we may issue a license which is then tied to that URL.
• Installation:
  We will provide installation on a virgin copy of your CubeCart version. If you have custom modifications installed please open a Support Ticket to obtain a quotation to ensure your mods are not lost.
  Once you have completed checkout please open a Support Ticket so that we can complete the installation process.
• Developer License:
  On a number of our products you will see the option to purchase a Developer License. This license permits you to unlimited installations of the product purchased for yourself and your clients.
• Copyright Removal:
  All of our Skins, Templates & Themes come with our copyright noticed attached. This usually states, "Design by CubeCartSkins.net" or "Template by CubeCartSkins.net" or "Skinned by CubeCartSkins.net". We have this copyright notice simply because it allows us to keep our prices at an absolute minimum. By purchasing Copyright Removal it permits you to legally remove our design notice.
